Case IQ Launches AI Copilots to Streamline Investigations

Case IQ, based in Ottawa, announced the release of its AI Copilot Suite, aimed at transforming incident reporting and investigation efficiency. The suite includes Summarization Copilot for report writing and Translation Copilot for communication, with a third component, Intake Copilot, scheduled for Q3 release.

These copilots leverage Generative AI, powered by Microsoft's Azure OpenAI using GPT-4 technology, ensuring secure and detailed case analysis. The suite is designed to reduce administrative workload and boost consistency for investigation teams.

A recent poll indicated 62% of users needed AI support for summarization. The Summarization Copilot offers features such as timeline generation, evidence analysis, policy retrieval, and recommendation generation, ensuring high-quality, legally sound summaries.
