Carrefour Announces Board Resignation
Carrefour's Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Stéphane Israël, effective January 6, 2025. Mr. Israël steps down due to new professional commitments. His role as Director was instrumental, particularly as Chairman of the Audit Committee since June 2018 and as Lead Independent Director from June 2020.
Mr. Alexandre Bompard, Chairman and CEO, along with the Board, expressed gratitude for Mr. Israël's significant contributions. They acknowledged his work in enhancing the Board's operations and wished him success in future endeavors.
