Hemlo Mining Corp. Begins Trading on TSXV
Hemlo Mining Corp. announced that its common shares will start trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) under the symbol "HMMC" on December 2, 2025. This marks the company's emergence as a mid-tier Canadian gold producer following its acquisition of the Hemlo Gold Mine from Barrick Mining Corporation.
The company has completed an amalgamation and share consolidation, issuing new shares to previous Carcetti Capital Corp. shareholders. This strategic move resulted in 295,496,920 shares being outstanding post-consolidation. No action is required from former shareholders to receive the new shares.
To mark the first day of trading, the Hemlo Mining leadership team will ring the opening bell at the TSXV at 9:25 a.m. The ceremony will be live-streamed and available on the TMX Group’s YouTube channel.
