CAPELLI under the protection of the Commercial Court to secure its future

CAPELLI, a player in the real estate market, has initiated a receivership procedure with the Paris Commercial Court. This approach aims to secure the continuation of its activities. The decision, taken on March 5, 2025, concerns several companies in the group with a six-month observation period.

The group is suffering the consequences of a historic collapse in the real estate market, particularly in new collective housing. Between 2021 and 2024, a drop of more than 50% was recorded. FACED with these challenges, CAPELLI needs to reorganize its debt to continue its operations.

During the observation period, the group is counting on the support of its partners and is implementing cost-cutting measures. Efforts are focused on ongoing deliveries and the launch of new projects. Management is hoping for an improvement in the market.

Finally, in this context, CAPELLI has requested an extension to publish its half-yearly financial statements. The listing of its shares on Euronext Growth Paris remains suspended.
