CAPELLI and SOGEPROM launch the future head office of CPAM Gironde

CAPELLI and SOGEPROM have joined forces to carry out a 21,400 m² real estate program in Krakow, north of Bordeaux. They celebrated the first tree ceremony on May 28 in the presence of Pierre Hurmic, Mayor of Bordeaux, and other stakeholders.

This project provides for two office buildings on 1.2 hectares of land. The CPAM de la Gironde will install its new headquarters there in 2026. One of the buildings will have six floors, a green wooden facade and a central patio. The second building will have four floors. An 8-story silo car park with 397 spaces and infrastructure for soft mobility complete the package.

Called “Connect”, the project aims to requalify an urban wasteland, formerly operated by the Autonomous Port of Bordeaux. This sustainable real estate program is BREEAM Very Good and WELL Building certified. A preliminary ecological diagnosis made it possible to develop 1,500 m² of compensatory zones for biodiversity.
