Cannibble Foodtech Signs Products Development Agreement With Holy Locust

Cannibble Foodtech Ltd. (CSE:PLCN), an innovative food tech company based in Rosh Haayin, Israel, has announced a new service agreement with Plate My Meal Ltd., owner of the Holy Locust brand. The agreement aims to develop energy bars enhanced with locust protein.

Holy Locust markets itself as the world's first Biblical snack, featuring products enriched with locust protein aimed initially at the North American market. The collaboration includes developing a Biblical protein bar and will expand to other food and beverage products enhanced with locust protein.

Cannibble's CEO, Yoav Bar Joseph, sees this partnership as an opportunity to leverage their proprietary formulas. Elad Barkan, Cannibble's CTO, highlighted locust protein's uniqueness and nutrient density. Dror Tamir, Founder of Holy Locust, expressed excitement about entering the North American market and expanding their product line.
