TeamViewer Reports Robust FY 2025 Results with Notable EBITDA Growth

TeamViewer achieved strong results for FY 2025, meeting its pro forma guidance. The company reported an 8% year-over-year increase in adjusted EBITDA, reaching €340 million, and achieved a 44.3% EBITDA margin. Revenue increased by 5% to €767.5 million, while Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) rose by 2% to €759.7 million.

The Enterprise segment showed significant growth, with ARR increasing by 19%. Key strategic wins, including a landmark deal in the US market, supported this momentum. Meanwhile, the SMB segment saw a minor decline due to strategic adjustments but is poised for revitalization.

Looking ahead, TeamViewer maintains a cautious growth outlook for 2026, anticipating revenue growth between 0% and 3% and an EBITDA margin of approximately 43%. The company focuses on strategic initiatives to drive future growth and aims to sustain strong margins over the mid-term.
