Cangrade Announces Equity-Driven Discount for Women- and Minority-Owned Businesses

Cangrade has launched a new discount for women- and minority-owned businesses to enhance accessibility to its bias-free, AI-powered hiring and talent management solutions. This reduced pricing is part of Cangrade’s ongoing effort to promote fairness and equity in hiring, acknowledging the challenges faced by underrepresented groups in the professional sphere.

Eligible businesses will receive a 35 percent discount on Cangrade’s software. This figure highlights the 35 percent of black business owners who are women, the 35 percent of women in tech roles, and the financial disparities women and black entrepreneurs face in seeking funding and startup capital.

Replacing an employee can cost significantly more than their salary, making efficient and fair hiring critical for business success. With high turnover rates posing additional challenges, Cangrade’s initiative aims to alleviate some of the inherent disadvantages faced by women and minority-owned businesses.

Gershon Goren, Founder and CEO of Cangrade, emphasized the meaningful impact of this initiative, stating that tangible resources are being directed to where they are most needed to drive measurable improvements.
