CANCOM SE Confirms Preliminary Q1 2025 Figures and Maintains Annual Forecast

CANCOM SE, a digital business provider, has confirmed its first-quarter 2025 results amid challenging economic conditions. The company's revenue reached €410.5 million, down from €440.6 million in the same period last year. Despite this decline, gross profit remained relatively stable at €169.2 million. EBITDA showed a significant decrease to €21.1 million compared to €30.4 million previously, while EBITA fell to €7.8 million from €16.9 million.

The company reported that the "International" segment, particularly influenced by the CANCOM Austria Group, performed positively. However, the "Germany" segment saw decreased revenues and investment reluctance, contributing to a reduction in EBITDA and an EBITA loss.

Operating cash flow was consistent with seasonal patterns at €3.1 million. The company holds a solid cash position of €135 million. The Executive Board anticipates improving business conditions in the latter half of the year, supported by potential economic stimuli from the German government, maintaining their forecast for the full year 2025.
