Cancellation of Remaining Publicly Held Datacolor Shares and Swiss Exchange Delisting Announced

Datacolor AG has officially announced the court-approved cancellation of its remaining publicly held shares. The competent court in the canton of Zug has declared these shares, formerly available to the public and valued at a par value of CHF 1.00 each, to be cancelled. This decision was finalized and became enforceable on April 3, 2024. Consequently, Datacolor shares are set to be delisted from the SIX Swiss Exchange on April 19, 2024, with the last trading day scheduled for April 18, 2024.

As a result of this process, initiated by Werner Dubach, who now holds 100 percent ownership of the company, affected shareholders will receive a cash settlement. This settlement aligns with the terms of Dubach's public tender offer from July 27, 2023, setting the net price per share at CHF 760.00. The offer was pre-announced on July 3, 2023, marking a significant step towards this eventual delisting and share cancellation.
