Canadian North Resources Inc. ("CNRI") disclosed the voting outcomes from its Annual and Special Shareholders Meeting on June 25, 2026, in Mississauga, Ontario. A total of 62,506,011 common shares, accounting for 54.68% of all outstanding shares, were voted.
