CALIDA Holding AG's 2024 Annual General Meeting Concludes Successfully

CALIDA Holding AG announced the successful conclusion of its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) where shareholders approved all proposals made by the Board of Directors. The AGM saw the re-election of current independent Board members including Chairman Felix Sulzberger, Gregor Greber, and Thomas Stöcklin along with Allan Kellenberger for a one-year term. New member Corinna Werkle was welcomed to the Board, while expressing gratitude towards departing members Laurence Bourdon-Tracol and Stefan Portmann.

The meeting approved the dividend distribution of CHF 0.30 per share from retained earnings and an additional CHF 0.30 per share from capital contribution reserves. Additionally, shareholders endorsed the non-financial report for 2023 and the remuneration report through a non-binding advisory vote. An amendment to reduce the lower limit of the capital band in the statues was also accepted.
