Caldwell Announces Senior Leadership Changes

Talent acquisition firm The Caldwell Partners International Inc. (TSX:CWL) (OTCQX:CWLPF) has announced key changes to its senior leadership team. The company promotes Shreya Lathia to Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Pamela Cioffi to Vice President, People Operations, and Caroline Lomot to Vice President, Marketing & Communications, as part of its CEO succession plan.

Shreya Lathia, previously Vice President of Accounting and Reporting at Caldwell, will now oversee financial, reporting, and accounting operations. Her background includes roles at CIBC and Ernst & Young in Toronto.

Pamela Cioffi steps into the role of Vice President, People Operations, where she will manage human resources functions including talent acquisition and DEIB initiatives. Cioffi's career includes significant HR roles at GroupM, Canon, and CBS Inc.

Caroline Lomot, with over a decade at Caldwell, is now Vice President, Marketing & Communications. Lomot will lead brand strategy and communication initiatives, having previously worked at Heidrick & Struggles and Highland Partners.

All three appointees, along with Michael Falagario, Vice President of Technology, will report directly to CEO Chris Beck.
