Cairn Homes Plc announced impressive interim results for the first half of 2024. The company achieved record performance, underpinning its target of a 15% ROE for the full fiscal year.
Key financial highlights include a 67% increase in revenue, reaching €366.1 million, and a 107% rise in operating profit to €61.4 million. The company closed 894 units, up 67% from the same period in 2023. Basic EPS saw a 140% increase, marking 7.2 cent, while interim DPS rose by 23% to 3.8 cent.
Operational success was driven by a robust sales pipeline of 3,450 units valued at €1.32 billion. The company also enhanced sustainability efforts by continuing the development of energy-efficient Passive House projects.
