Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares

On 28 August 2024, Cairn Homes plc announced the purchase of 147,651 of its ordinary shares, valued at EUR 0.001 each. The repurchase was executed on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange by Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. These shares are set to be canceled.

Specifically, 97,651 shares were bought on Euronext Dublin at a volume-weighted average price of €1.9147 per share, with the highest price reached at €1.9260 and the lowest at €1.9040. On the London Stock Exchange, 50,000 shares were purchased at an average price of £1.6129 per share, with the highest being £1.6200 and the lowest £1.6020.

This transaction is part of the Company's share buyback program, announced earlier on 3 July 2024. After the cancellation of these shares, Cairn Homes plc will have 637,093,251 ordinary shares in issue, each with one vote, and no shares held in treasury.
