Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
On 27 August 2024, Cairn Homes Plc completed the repurchase of 148,383 of its ordinary shares, each valued at EUR 0.001. These transactions were executed on both Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC.
The company acquired 98,383 shares on Euronext Dublin with prices ranging from €1.8980 to €1.9080, and 50,000 shares on the London Stock Exchange, priced between £1.6000 and £1.6120. The repurchased shares are scheduled for cancellation.
This buyback is part of a broader programme announced on 3 July 2024. Upon completion, Cairn Homes Plc will have 637,240,902 shares in issue, eliminating any shares held in treasury.
The details of individual trades, facilitated by Goodbody Stockbrokers on behalf of Cairn Homes, are in line with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (Market Abuse Regulation).
