Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
Cairn Homes Plc (the "Company") has announced the purchase of 233,987 ordinary shares on 17 June 2024. The shares, each valued at EUR 0.001, were bought on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC.
On Euronext Dublin, 185,000 shares were purchased at a highest price of €1.6540 and lowest at €1.6200, averaging €1.6424. On the London Stock Exchange, 48,987 shares were bought at a highest price of £1.4020 and a lowest of £1.3780, with an average of £1.3885. These shares will be cancelled as part of the buyback programme announced on 3 March 2023.
Post this transaction, Cairn Homes Plc will have 644,150,453 ordinary shares in circulation, each with one vote. The company currently holds no shares in treasury.
