Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares

Cairn Homes plc has announced that on 4 September 2024, it repurchased 144,119 of its ordinary shares. These shares were bought on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. All repurchased shares will be cancelled.

The transactions saw 98,303 shares bought on Euronext Dublin and 45,816 shares on the London Stock Exchange. The highest prices paid were €1.9580 and £1.6500 per share respectively, while the lowest prices were €1.9300 and £1.6280 per share. The volume weighted average prices paid were €1.9457 per share on Euronext Dublin and £1.6403 on the London Stock Exchange.

These purchases are part of the share buyback programme announced on 3 July 2024. Post-settlement, Cairn Homes' total number of ordinary shares will be 636,350,856. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.
