Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares

On 09 August 2024, Cairn Homes Plc announced the purchase of 200,000 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of EUR 0.001. These shares were acquired on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through the broker Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.

Specifically, 150,000 shares were bought on Euronext Dublin at a volume-weighted average price of €1.7980 per share. The remaining 50,000 shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange at an average price of £1.5379 per share.

This action is part of the company's share buyback programme announced on 3 July 2024. Following the cancellation of these shares, the total number of ordinary shares in issue by Cairn Homes will be 638,816,644, each carrying the right to one vote. The company holds no shares in treasury.
