Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
On 13 September 2024, Cairn Homes Plc purchased a total of 500,000 of its ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange. The company's broker, Goodbody Stockbrokers UC, facilitated the transactions. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.
On Euronext Dublin, 300,000 shares were acquired at a highest price of €1.8600 and a lowest price of €1.8340. On the London Stock Exchange, 200,000 shares were purchased with the highest price being £1.5700 and the lowest £1.5500.
The share buyback is part of the company's programme announced on 3 July 2024. Following the transaction, Cairn Homes will have 633,856,012 ordinary shares in issue, each with one voting right. The company will not hold any shares in treasury.
