Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
Cairn Homes Plc announced that on August 14, 2024, it bought back 200,000 of its ordinary shares. Purchases were made through Goodbody Stockbrokers on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange. These repurchased shares will be canceled.
Specifically, 150,000 shares were repurchased on Euronext Dublin and 50,000 on the London Stock Exchange. The highest prices paid per share were €1.8380 and £1.5780, respectively. The share buyback program was initially announced on July 3, 2024.
After this transaction, the total number of shares in issue will be 638,254,260. The company holds no shares in treasury.
