Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
Cairn Homes plc announced the purchase of 95,258 ordinary shares on 21 August 2024. The shares were acquired through Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange via Goodbody Stockbrokers UC.
The company disclosed the purchase details: 75,000 shares on Euronext Dublin at prices ranging from €1.8600 to €1.8760, and 20,258 shares on the London Stock Exchange at prices between £1.5920 and £1.6000. Following these transactions, all repurchased shares will be cancelled.
This buyback is part of a programme announced on 3 July 2024. After cancellation, Cairn Homes’ total issued ordinary shares will be 637,651,115, with no shares held in treasury.
