Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
Cairn Homes plc announced a purchase of 75,000 of its own ordinary shares on 26 August 2024. The shares were acquired through Euronext Dublin, facilitated by Goodbody Stockbrokers UC.
The highest price paid per share was €1.9200, while the lowest was €1.8820. The volume-weighted average price stood at €1.9012. The transaction forms part of the company's buyback programme announced on 3 July 2024. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.
Post-settlement, Cairn Homes will have 637,376,115 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one vote. The company holds no ordinary shares in treasury.
