Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares

Cairn Homes plc announced the repurchase of 196,355 ordinary shares on 08 August 2024. The shares were bought through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC and will be cancelled.

On Euronext Dublin, 146,355 shares were acquired at prices ranging from €1.7600 to €1.7940, with a volume weighted average price of €1.7745 per share. On the London Stock Exchange, 50,000 shares were bought at prices between £1.5160 and £1.5380, with a volume weighted average price of £1.5251 per share.

This action is part of the company’s share buyback programme, announced on 3 July 2024. Post cancellation, Cairn Homes will have 639,016,644 ordinary shares in issue, each with one vote. The company holds no shares in treasury.
