Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares

Cairn Homes Plc has announced the purchase of 100,000 ordinary shares on October 1st, 2024. These shares, each valued at EUR 0.001, were acquired on both Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange via Goodbody Stockbrokers UC.

The repurchased shares will be cancelled as part of the company's ongoing share buyback programme, initially announced on July 3rd, 2024. Euronext Dublin saw a purchase of 75,000 shares at prices between €1.9380 and €1.9860, while 25,000 shares were bought on the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from £1.6180 to £1.6500.

Upon settlement and cancellation, the total number of ordinary shares in circulation will be 630,816,174, each carrying one voting right. The company will hold no shares in treasury.
