Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares

Cairn Homes plc has announced the purchase of 100,000 of its ordinary shares on 22 August 2024. These shares were acquired through its broker Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The transactions took place on both Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange.

The company detailed that it purchased 75,000 shares on Euronext Dublin, with the highest price paid at €1.8920 and the lowest at €1.8640. Additionally, 25,000 shares were bought on the London Stock Exchange, with prices ranging between £1.6040 and £1.5840.

This move is part of Cairn Homes' buyback programme initiated on 3 July 2024. Following the purchase and cancellation of these shares, Cairn Homes' total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 637,551,115, each carrying one vote, with none held in treasury.
