Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares

Cairn Homes plc has announced the purchase of 150,000 of its ordinary shares. The shares, each valued at EUR 0.001, were acquired on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC.

On Euronext Dublin, the company purchased 100,000 shares, with the highest price being €1.9580 and the lowest at €1.9460. The volume-weighted average price was €1.9514. On the London Stock Exchange, Cairn Homes bought 50,000 shares, with the highest price at £1.6500 and the lowest at £1.6360. The volume-weighted average price was £1.6420. All repurchased shares will be canceled.

These transactions are part of the Company's share buyback programme initiated on 3 July 2024. After these purchases, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 636,793,251. Cairn Homes holds no shares in treasury.
