Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
On 18 September 2024, Cairn Homes Plc announced the purchase of 470,000 ordinary shares at €0.001 each. The shares were acquired on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The transactions were part of the company's share buyback programme initiated on 3 July 2024. The repurchased shares will be cancelled, reducing the total number of shares in issue to 632,397,448.
The highest price paid per share on Euronext Dublin was €1.8700, and on the London Stock Exchange, £1.5760. The lowest prices were €1.8340 and £1.5440, respectively.
