Cairn Homes Plc Executes Share Buyback

Cairn Homes Plc has announced the repurchase of 97,456 of its ordinary shares on 24 July 2024. The shares were acquired through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange.

On Euronext Dublin, 70,000 shares were purchased at prices ranging between €1.8780 and €1.9040, with a volume-weighted average price of €1.8949. On the London Stock Exchange, 27,456 shares were acquired with prices ranging from £1.5780 to £1.6000, and a volume-weighted average price of £1.5912.

This transaction is part of the company's buyback programme initiated on 3 July 2024. Post cancellation of these shares, Cairn Homes Plc will have 640,312,999 ordinary shares in circulation, each carrying one vote. The company holds no shares in treasury.
