The Capital Group's voting rights now stand at 4.99%, down from the previous 5.00%. This decrease encompasses both direct and indirect holdings and involves shares managed by Capital Research and Management Company. The changes stem from the management of equity assets by various subsidiaries of Capital Group, none of which own shares for their own account. These shares are held on behalf of various investment vehicles and clients under their management.

This notification follows regulatory requirements to inform the Central Bank of Ireland of such changes in major holdings.
