Cairn Homes Plc Announces Share Repurchase
Cairn Homes Plc reported on 30 August 2024 that it repurchased 150,000 ordinary shares on 29 August 2024. The shares were bought on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.
On Euronext Dublin, 100,000 shares were bought, with the highest price at €1.9400 and the lowest at €1.9180. On the London Stock Exchange, 50,000 shares were purchased, with the highest price at £1.6320 and the lowest at £1.6160.
This transaction is part of the share buyback programme announced on 3 July 2024. After these purchases, the total number of shares outstanding will be 636,943,251, each carrying one vote. The company holds no shares in treasury.
