Cairn Homes Plc Announces Share Buyback Transactions

Cairn Homes Plc has confirmed the purchase of 100,000 ordinary shares on 23 August 2024. The shares, each valued at EUR 0.001, were acquired through Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange via Goodbody Stockbrokers UC.

A total of 75,000 shares were bought on Euronext Dublin, with prices ranging from €1.8760 to €1.8900 per share, and an average weighted price of €1.8832. On the London Stock Exchange, 25,000 shares were acquired at prices ranging from £1.5940 to £1.6000 per share, with an average weighted price of £1.5964.

This transaction is part of the company's share buyback programme, initiated on 3 July 2024. Post-settlement and cancellation, Cairn Homes Plc's total share count will be 637,451,115, with zero shares held in treasury.
