Cairn Homes Plc Announces Share Buyback

Cairn Homes Plc revealed on 22 November 2024 that it purchased a total of 300,000 ordinary shares on 21 November 2024. The transactions occurred on both Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through the Company's broker, Deutsche Numis. The repurchased shares will be cancelled as part of Cairn Homes' ongoing share buyback programme that began on 3 July 2024.

On Euronext Dublin, Cairn Homes bought 200,000 shares, with prices ranging from €2.070 to €2.115. The volume-weighted average price was €2.087177. On the London Stock Exchange, 100,000 shares were purchased with prices between £1.728 and £1.768, at an average of £1.740194.

After these purchases, Cairn Homes' total number of shares will be 624,985,020, each entitled to one vote, with no shares held in treasury.
