Cairn Homes Plc Announces Change in Major Holdings

Cairn Homes Plc has issued a notification regarding a significant shift in its voting rights structure. This update follows the acquisition or disposal of voting rights by Michael Stanley.

The transaction, which crossed the threshold on 5 September 2024, resulted in a reduction of Stanley's holdings from 3.5% to 2.3%. The number of voting rights now stands at 14,354,751, down from the previous notification's 22,266,530 votes.

This adjustment corresponds to a change in the proportion of voting rights Stanley holds within the company, now totaling 2.3% of Cairn Homes Plc's 636,200,856 voting rights. This development, as per regulatory requirements, was promptly communicated to the Central Bank of Ireland.
