The visuals, deemed “iconic” by industry experts, aim to stimulate public debate on the crucial role of HR.

Cierra Gross, founder of Caged Bird HR, highlights the intentionality behind this campaign aimed at differentiating itself from traditional HR, which is often criticized for defending the interests of the company above all.
