CAFOM announces its turnover for the first half of 2023-2024
The CAFOM Group, specialist in home equipment in Europe and Overseas, published a turnover of 215.1 million euros for the first half of the 2023-2024 financial year, marking an increase of 3.0% compared to the previous year.
Despite a drop of 2.4% in Overseas activities, resulting from an unfavorable consumer context, the e-Commerce branch in continental Europe recorded notable growth of 11.6%. This increase is attributed to strong international momentum, in particular thanks to the expansion of Vente-unique.com which includes the recent launch of the Habitat brand planned for June 2024.
On the other hand, the recent unrest in New Caledonia has impacted CAFOM's local operations, with two stores and a major depot out of service from May 15, 2024. This represents 11.4% of the overseas activity of the group for the semester.
