Cabasse webinar for its shareholders and investors

Cabasse, a specialist in high-fidelity audio, is organising a webinar on 29 October 2024. Open to shareholders and individual investors, it will discuss the issue of €3 million convertible bonds with an annual coupon of 10.0% over 5 years. This issue, which began on 30 September, will continue until 6 November 2024.

During the videoconference, Alain Molinié, CEO, and Frédéric Pont, DGD Finance, will present Cabasse's recent developments and the details of the bond issue. A question-and-answer session is planned with the participants. Registrants can send their questions by email before the event.
