Burkhalter Group Acquires Enplan AG

The Burkhalter Group has announced the acquisition of Enplan AG, a building technology company located in Herisau. Enplan AG, established in 1984, has been recognized for its expertise in planning heating and ventilation systems and efficient energy concepts. The company employs five people and has an annual turnover of around CHF 0.6 million.

Enplan AG will integrate with Längle & Staub GmbH, a member of the Burkhalter Group, located in St. Gallen. Operating as a branch of Längle & Staub, Enplan will maintain its current management under Olivier Wetli and retain its employees. This merger aims to enhance service offerings in HVAC planning.

This acquisition aligns with Burkhalter Group's strategy to expand its market share by targeting key acquisitions in the building technology sector.
