Burkhalter Group acquires electrical engineering company in Aargau

The Burkhalter Group announces the acquisition of Elektro R. Räss AG, based in Oberentfelden in Aargau. The electrical engineering services company employs around twenty people and generates annual sales of around 3.8 million Swiss francs.

Founded in 1963, Elektro R. Räss AG is a well-established player in the regional market. The owners, Robert and Anita Räss, have decided to sell their company to Burkhalter Holding AG. The company will merge with Elektro-Bau AG Rothrist, another subsidiary of the Burkhalter Group, taking the name Elektro Räss, branch of Elektro-Bau AG Rothrist. Robert Räss will continue to manage the site together with the entire current team.
