BrooQLy Inc., operating as Dynamic Aerospace Systems (DAS), has acquired assets from Vayu (US) Inc., Impossible Aerospace Corporation, and Global Autonomous Corporation for $14,990,000. This strategic acquisition aims to enhance DAS's capabilities in UAV manufacturing and autonomous logistics.

The assets of Vayu and Impossible Aerospace will bolster DAS's UAV manufacturing, while Global Autonomous Corporation will be rebranded as Dynamic Deliveries. This aligns with the company's focus on innovation in autonomous logistics.

Dynamic Deliveries will focus on the expanding autonomous logistics field, particularly in Dubai, collaborating with the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority. The acquisition underscores DAS's commitment to developing next-generation drones and autonomous solutions.
