Britvic plc Suspends Share Repurchase Programme
Britvic plc (the “Company”) has announced the suspension of its Share Repurchase Programme. This decision follows the commencement of the offer period related to Carlsberg Group, announced on 21 June 2024. The notice to suspend the Programme has been given to Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and will take effect at the close of trading on 25 June 2024. The Board will consider resuming the Programme if circumstances change.
