Britvic plc Conducts Interim Review on Irish PSP Block Listing

Britvic plc announced the interim review of its Irish Profit Sharing Scheme (PSP) Block Listing, providing updates on its current status to the Financial Conduct Authority as of April 3, 2024. The review covered the period from September 26, 2023, to April 2, 2024, during which there were no increases to the scheme nor any securities issued or allotted.

The total number of securities under the scheme remains at 2,321,411, unchanged since the previous return. Initially, 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 20p each were listed on December 19, 2013.
