Britvic Announces Director Changes

Britvic plc announced changes in the particulars of its directors. Georgina Harvey, the Non-Executive Director of Britvic, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and a member of the Audit & Risk and Nomination Committees of M&C Saatchi plc. Effective 1 January 2025, Harvey will also chair the Remuneration Committee of M&C Saatchi. This appointment will come into effect on 1 October 2024.
