Brick Award 2026: Celebrating Innovative Brick Architecture

Wienerberger AG has recently announced the commencement of the Brick Award 2026, an esteemed international competition recognizing innovation in brick architecture. The award invites submissions from independent critics, architects, and developers, showcasing structures that exemplify creativity with clay materials.

Projects using a variety of clay products, including classic and repurposed bricks, will be considered. Judging will focus on functionality, sustainability, climate resilience, and energy efficiency. The competition, open since November 25, 2024, will continue receiving entries until March 9, 2025, free of charge.
