Branicks Group AG: Sale of Four Retail Parks
Branicks Group AG has announced the sale of four retail park properties as part of its strategic focus and financial consolidation. The properties have been sold to a leading US real estate investment manager. One property is from Branicks' existing portfolio, while the other three belong to its subsidiary BBI Bürgerliches Brauhaus Immobilien AG. The purchase price remains undisclosed.
The annual rent from these properties is EUR 4.3 million, generating a cash inflow of EUR 27 million from the sale. This transaction aligns with Branicks' Performance Program 2024 and an audited restructuring plan introduced earlier this year.
The sold properties owned by BBI are located in Pfaffenhofen, Simbach, and Landshut in Bavaria, and the property from Branicks' portfolio is in Stockstadt. Moreover, the merger of BBI with VIB Vermögen AG has streamlined the organizational structure of the group.
