Branicks Group AG Publishes 2023 Sustainability Report, Solidifying ESG Leadership

Frankfurt, 29 May 2024 - Branicks Group AG, a prominent German listed property firm, released its 2023 Sustainability Report, focusing on ESG criteria. The report highlights notable strides in sustainability, including a 43.6% green building ratio, surpassing the initial 20% target set for 2023. Also documented is a 36% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions from its commercial portfolio since 2018.

Branicks has increased the proportion of women in its extended management team to 37.5% and expanded employee training by 78.5%. These achievements underline Branicks’ commitment to ESG principles, further validated by an independent audit of the sustainability report.

In a strategic move, Branicks introduced the renewable energy asset class, partnering with Encavis Asset Management AG to launch the Branicks Renewable Energy Fund, aimed at contributing to European climate targets with an 8% annual return goal.
