Branicks Group AG Announces Sale of Retail Property in Regensburg

Branicks Group AG, a leading property company in Germany, has finalized the sale of a retail property in Regensburg as part of their "Performance 2024" action plan. The property, a single-tenant building with a lettable area of 5,900 sqm, was sold to a private investor. Details of the sale, including the purchase price, remain undisclosed by both parties involved.

The commercial property, located at Donaustaufer Strasse 168 in Regensburg, has been part of Branicks' Commercial Portfolio since 2007. It is currently leased to tedox KG, a company specializing in home improvement products and home fabrics, under a long-term agreement renewed for an additional twelve years in August 2023.

Johannes von Mutius, Chief Investment Officer of Branicks, highlighted the sale as a move towards refining the company's strategic focus on logistics and office asset classes, aligning with the goals set out in the "Performance 2024" initiative. This disposal marks a step forward in restructuring Branicks' portfolio towards its strategic objectives.
