BRAIN Biotech AG Secures New Revolving Credit Facility
BRAIN Biotech AG has signed a new revolving credit facility with MP Beteiligungs-GmbH, valued at €9.0 million. The agreement, effective July 13, 2026, will conclude on December 31, 2028. The interest on the drawn loan amount will be charged at a variable rate, based on a 6-Month-Forward-Euribor plus 233 basis points annually.
