Bouygues Telecom - Acquisition of La Poste Mobile: Progress Update

Paris, 29 May 2024 – 7H30 – Following the press release of 22 February 2024, Bouygues Telecom has provided an update on the acquisition of La Poste Mobile. The company’s statement indicates that differences have emerged between La Poste and SFR regarding the transaction's terms and conditions. La Poste has initiated dispute resolution mechanisms as outlined in their agreements. This development may affect the transaction's completion timeline.

The acquisition, initially announced in February, involves La Poste Mobile, a mobile virtual network operator jointly owned by La Poste and SFR. Bouygues Telecom remains informed about the progress and implications of these internal disagreements.
