Bouygues publishes its 2024 report on payments to governments

On March 5, 2025, Bouygues' Board of Directors approved the 2024 annual report on payments to States. This document, in accordance with Article L.22-10-37 of the French Commercial Code, details the financial contributions paid to the extractive sector.

In France, Bouygues made payments totaling €27,456,000. Several entities, including CMGO and Carrières et Matériaux Sud-Est, contributed to this amount. Internationally, contributions of €1,874,000 were made in Switzerland and €6,595,000 in Canada. The United States received €8,646,000, primarily from United Rock Products Corporation.

This report, an integral part of regulated information, strengthens Bouygues' financial transparency towards government authorities in the countries of operation.
